Stairs welds separated after only a couple years. Company had no way to look up my liner purchase for their warranty, installer never provided me the serial number and Latham didn't care. Retailer who sold me the liner dragged out "looking" for the order only to simply never even bother. Latham simply said unfortunately that happens and told me good luck and to make sure I registered the new one so they can look it up.
