Pretty good service i would say. It's shame they are mainly doing online selling only since they moved to the new place. Products has fair price and good quality.
What a shame I can’t give zero stars. They have an online store called Vertex Living which I have ordered from. Never received any communication about the order and I never received it. I had tried to contact them via message in their website, email and phone to no avail. Their communication is non existent. Pathetic customer service and I had to escalate the dispute through PayPal. Best to avoid this poor excuse for a business.
Really friendly staff and great customer service. Shop and operations are legitimate. Most items currently available are on trend with minimalistic modern design features and up-to-date tech. Look forward to sourcing more items to complete design briefs that cater for modern design and tech needs, as they expand range and showroom.
