Always helpful and I feel they look out for me. I have always got the help I needed. The Plummer branch is great. Anna and Lilly are awesome! The ladies before them were great. I hope it never changes.
Such terrible service! Didn't know how to close our accounts, long wait, asked if it was all finished and closed out. It was not. Now I'm told I need to write a statement to get my account closed. Lady was smart on the phone. Im so happy I switched banks.
