One thing that amazed me about Nechama Minkowicz is her willingness to give an introductory meeting about creating a trust that lasted an hour and a half--at no charge. What lawyer does that? She emphasized the importance of having a trust, spelling everything out to my wife and me such that it was really a no-brainer to hire her for a reasonable one-time fee (i.e., no exorbitant hourly rate to worry about). She reviewed my current will and advised me of some changes that needed to be made regarding care of my minor children and my business.
