Lasting Impressions Formal Wear is the absolute one and only place for all of your pageant and prom needs! Keith and his staff are so kind and genuinely want to see their customers with dresses they truly love. My personal experience was with a couture appointment, and I cannot say enough great things about this store and my own experience. The staff and selection of gowns go above and beyond the 5 stars in this review!
I purchased a dress for my daughter prom. We love the dress, I'm only leaving 1 star because the manager (white young girl) has a nasty attitude when asking questions concerning your payment. She seems to even have attitude with the other girl that work there when asked questions about the calculations. However I met the owner on my first visit there and he has very good customer service & very bubbly.
It was our first time in here looking for my daughter’s prom dress. There were so many selections and the girls that helped were always a step ahead and ready to help. I wish there were more mirrors in there to see when trying dresses on as it was busy in there and girls were there for hours trying on the same dresses over and over and holding up the mirror but overall it was a great experience. Lasting Impressions has come through for us multiple times. From getting to meet Sherri Hill and having her design two dresses for my daughter, to coming through via texting pictures for a last minute dress, to supporting Virginia Volunteer - they have always had excellent services. They do what they can to meet our needs, sometimes in an expedited manner. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
