I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this store. My daughter, mom and I went to look for a (1st) pageant dress. We know nothing about pageants and I was also looking to a dress that is age-appropriate for a 13 year old. From the minute we walked in Kennedy and her staff greeted and welcomed us like we were family. She pulled a few dresses and was so helpful from start to finish! Love this shop. Great selection and great team. A must visit if you are in the area.
We were greeted at the door given a tag and was ask did we need help, once we needed help and gave a young lady the dress to see if they have it in my daughter size and the young lady didnt come back, then another young lady helped us and she took the dress to the dressing room and left no one came to check on my daughter nor ask her if she needed help with the dress, we gave them a size to assist with but we were told sizes were on the rack, I would never recommend them to anyone in the Tri-City area.
Such an amazing experience. I’m from Wisconsin visiting and had homecoming a week after I got back home and the kindest girl named hunter helped me out. 1000000% recommend
