I wish i could give zero stars! Absolutely horrible quality, Unprofessional and won’t fix my packages. I’m expected to pay shipping to return them which is so ridiculous or my other option being to go out of my way to drop them off. These pictures are memories for me and my child’s family we pay way too much for peeling magnets and horrible resolution. 3 stars is generous. Every year the wait is longer and longer. 90 minutes late. They need more employees, faster employees or better time forecasting. Why the league still used this company is besides me.

Absolutely, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND Lasting Image Photography! We were told we would get the choice of pose/picture Prior to print. My payment way processed immediately! However never got a receipt. I never received an email until I made a written complaint. When I explained I wanted a refund because she did not abide by what she had promised I was basically told no. I was told I had to wait to get my prints (which we didn't get to choose and her "lab" chose for us) and that I would get a DIGITAL copy of another pose for "Free... read more

Worst quality photos and they are extremely slow taking pictures. Every experience I have had with them they are running two hours behind.
