Horrible customer service. We paid for the baby panel, which they made us pay for in advance then moved to another state after our 3 month pictures. Did not tell us and never answers their phones. When we finally got in touch and realized they expected us to drive over an hour to get to them, they said they’d give us a discount for the inconvenience but only if we purchase something else. We had a great experience with Amy, she was extremely helpful and patient with us when picking out our photos.
Everyone was so kind and helpful from beginning to end! The wonderful photographer did such a great job and was so patient with our super active kiddos. Staff was super professional and helpful during picture and package selection, also. We are very pleased and will return again! 🤗
