We had a great experience with Amy, she was extremely helpful and patient with us when picking out our photos.
Everyone was so kind and helpful from beginning to end! The wonderful photographer did such a great job and was so patient with our super active kiddos. Staff was super professional and helpful during picture and package selection, also. We are very pleased and will return again! 🤗
Multiple phone calls with this company and I was provided with no updates as to when I would be on their schedule. If you are looking for a good photographer that is organized with bookings, your search continues.
Update: the studio apologized and explained they had closed early the day I tried to call, which the call center didn't make me aware of and told me they would call me back so it caused a misunderstanding. They were very accommodating after that. Unfortunately, upon viewing my photos there were so many that the photographer took and showed us that I loved, some of my favorite ones, and none of those were in the photos that I was sent to view and choose from.
