Awful company, they delivered the wrong item and then refused to collect it so now I'm stuck having to pay extra to get someone to dispose of it.
Absolute joke of a place , ordered 2 x sets of bedroom furniture through b&q everything came separately except one wardrobe which to date still hasn't arrived and is now a week late from their own delivery dates , got a phone call saying apparently it was damaged in transit (why it took so long for them to come up with this bs excuse) so they will send another one which will take even longer till it finally arrives, no apology from person on the phone or resolution like next day delivery at their cost as a form of apology . ... read more
trying to return anything is a nightmare, automated email after email. in the hope you will just give up. you explain time after time what the problem is. The problem is them.
Absolutely disastrous! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. SPENT 8hrs trying to figure out how to build this ottoman bed. The instructions are horrible - there no videos as guidance. Please stay far away from them.
