Prior appointment is required,it will be better to book it through Groupon to get some good deals,very pleasant experience,first time got my eyelashes extensions but Jamie made it so easy and relaxing 😌,will definitely go back😇

My experience was awful at Lashful. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Purchased a Groupon for $68 for 120 lashes. In addition, it was $25 extra for tax and tip at the salon. My lashes were done on Thursday and by Saturday morning 95% were gone. I contacted to the owner and gave her an opportunity to make it right. She was not interested in doing so and stated I would have to pay to fix it. Poor quality and customer recovery was non-existent.
If I could give it less than one star I would. The person taking the appointment was very unhelpful on the phone. Then when I showed up for the appointment it was not booked! I now have a useless Groupon voucher,won't be going back
