I tried this establishment for the first time 2 weeks ago to get my eyelashes done, when the employee tripped and rudely spilt her drink in my eye! Like the reasonable woman that I am I continued with my appointment, however as I left she gave me a dirty look. This generation is shocking! Due to this incident I now have pink eye and eczema which will Severely affect me I now cannot drive. Seriously, do better. A very dissatisfied customer.

I had to move to Newcastle and finding a new lash tech was such a task, once I’d seen about 3 Instagram posts from lash secrets I was absolutely sold! Still a bit sceptical I went to my first appointment where I was welcomed with open arms and the loveliest lash tech in the world! She gives me constant fluffy lashes with the best gossip to go along with it! Being a lash tech is so much more than just being good at lashes (those are incredible by the way) but Kerry is super friendly and makes me feel so comfortable there too.... read more

Kerry is so lovely. I could talk for hours whilst she does my lashes but at the same time if I’m tired she will understand. My lashes have always been unreal for someone who doesn’t have full natural lashes anyways she always makes me look so much prettier :))

I’ve been going to get my eyelashes done here for about four years now and love them every time! She’s so lovely and can chose whatever style you like!!
