My Daughter loves her hair! As a parent I was very pleased with the services provided. The salon was clean, easy to find, and adhered to current county guidelines. The stylist was friendly, professional and was sure to not only make certain my Daughter was comfortable and satisfied but also me as the parent. Cost was affordable and very worth it. Will return again without a doubt.
On route to my appt I was contacted by Selisha to cancel my appt due to a problem with the client before me. Very inconvenient for me as I had an event the next day that I was looking forward to looking nice for and, as mentioned, I was already driving to the appt; however I understand that stuff like this will happen. What I found unforgivable is that she refused to make arrangements for another date/time. I have since moved on to a salon with more reliable customer service!
