The staff was very kind and made me feel very comfortable while getting a birthmark removed. However, before going into the process, I was assured that it would either be very light or completely gone, but 6 sessions later it’s only lightened a touch despite the laser treatments and the Hydroquinone pads. Honestly was super scared to write a review because I am very embarrassed about my birthmark, but if you are like me and have a cafe au lait birthmark, that’s not raised, I would not go here for it.
