Been in Lexington since the 16th and still haven’t received my package. They deserve a ZERO. All they do is lie!!!!!
Less than 0 is more appropriate. This company is horrific! You will get your package several days late, with zero updates, and may never get it at all! I don't understand why companies continue to use them to ship packages.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! Any company that utilizes LaserShip as a delivery service, should cancel immediately!! I was assured a package would arrive on a certain date but it didn't. After receiving an email that there was a failed attempt to deliver my package I called their customer service line only to be told they didn’t know why I received that email.
