Laserclear did not disappoint. From the informative and prompt communication when initially making my first appointment, to the friendly Reception staff as I entered the clinic then being made feel very welcome by owner Grania. The level of professionalism and warmth of the staff is Impeccable. The lovely Megan looked after me and I couldn’t fault anything with my experience in my service. I highly recommend Laserclear, I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.
I visited Laserclear in Terrigal today prompted by a Facebook ad. After a consultation I opted in for a treatment. The staff are friendly & create relaxed and friendly atmosphere, I am monitoring the outcome, will go to the follow up appointment to discuss issues if any. After 2 weeks side affects subsided, I notice an improvement in the area, I was advised it would keep improving. I will be returning for a follow up treatment in August
I recently had the Viva Skin Rejuvenation Laser and Pearl Fractional Laser treatments with Arlene at Laserclear, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Arlene was absolutely amazing—she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session and helped ease the discomfort during the laser treatment.
