I started services here after purchasing a promo package for pico laser removal for one of my tattoos this year, initially I was skeptical because who likes a Groupon customer? I recently had a Fraxel treatment and had such a great experience! Tina was amazing—she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and explained everything along the way. She was so gentle and attentive that it almost felt like a spa treatment rather than a laser procedure. Thank you, Tina, for making the experience so relaxing and positive. I highly recommend her! ✨💜
Edit to add: My review does not indicate “confusion” about the removal process. I never expected, or said I expected complete removal in 4-5 sessions. I stated there was very little fading after investing $800 and years of treatment. I do not appreciate the implication that because I was “unwilling to budget” for the ‘unlimited’ package (which I do not recall being offered to me) that I should somehow expect poorer results from the package I did purchase. Unprofessional and overpriced. Rushes through service, and lowers the power of laser hair removal device so that you keep buying more sessions. Went to another place and was able to achieve much better results with less time and money.
