Really nasty. They messed up two procedures, causing some long lasting and some permanent damage to my face and skin. Then did not offer any reasonable assistance (against the code of conduct for ethical clinics), refused to even refund the cost let alone do any remediation, and once they saw the damage they had done actively threatened me as a way of avoiding taking responsibility for the harm they have done - nasty anonymous texts, refusal to answer basic questions, wasting my time with dishonesty, and nasty threatening em... read more

I had quite a few dark spots on my head, developed over years of getting sunburnt at the coast. The staff at the laser clinic were absolutely wonderful. I had 2 treatments and my head has never looked better. They are true experts. The technology these days is amazing!
