This lady is a con-artist. I had laser hair removal treatments by an RN previously and had excellent results but after losing contact with her I had to find a new place. I seen the 50% off sign on Macleod Trail and thought I'd try Laser Perfect. After several treatments the hair never went away. I called her to ask wth and she told me laser hair removal isn't permanent, Lol! .... I don't know what that laser does that she uses but it doesn't remove hair. Do not waste your money. Kelly has a terrible business ethic. I purchased 5 underarm & Brazilian sessions. I had 2 sessions complete. The day before my third session Kelly left me a voice mail Saying the she was "thinking of moving her business into her home". I showed up for my appt the next day (as she didn't return my call) to be told she hadn't been there for awhile!! Very long story short it has been 2 1/2mths, many unreturned calls & text later I am out $240. I have started a complaint with BBB, & they have informed me... read more
HORRIBLE !!!!
Unfortunately, I had a TERRIBLE experience with Kelly Calibaba. She did not do a test patch to see how my skin would react to laser hair removal. And while i was getting my treatment done she was busy talking on her cell phone. Kelly made me feel extremely uncomfortable, she yelled at me and was extremely rude that I had to tell her that her attitude was making me uncomfortable. I purchased a Deal Find for 3 IPL treatments deal for for my wife. While purchased in December of 2011, they stated they were not booking appointments until May 2012! Five months later! After numerous (almost a year) calls, and excuses of a 'broken machine', cancelled appointments and unreturned calls, she finally got her first treatment in November of 2012.
