I am giving a rating of 2.5 stars because of mixed results. The laser removal of dark keratosis patches worked beautifully. I'm happy with the results. Unfortunately, the IPL treatments on my face and arm yielded no substantial results, even with daily use of hydroquinone. Very disappointing, particularly given the pain and cost involved.
