I showed up for my appointment a few weeks ago and they weren't there, and they haven't responded to my calls. I ended up going to another place for laser treatment and they quoted me on how much to completely eliminate my tattoos instead of per treatment! I'm thankful that the laser institute hasn't returned my call because I'm now saving a ton of money and getting treatments from a superior laser! I'm guessing that they've gone out of business, but in case they resurface, I would stay away!!
Office is very professional, convenient and scheduling a consultation was easy and Free. Staff made me feel comfortable and seemed very honest about the treatments needed for removal. Very personable, non judgmental and I look forward to my next treatment in a couple months. Very excited to have gotten this process started.
Completely painless hair removal , very nice and professional would recommend this company to any one wanting nice smooth skin.
