Craig is amazing! He installed a new battery in our son's Asus computer. It is a foreign computer with duo screens which is great for animation and illustration. He had it up and running in one day - would have probably taken 2 weeks anywhere else and made a few suggestions to keep it in good working order. The cost was minimal, and it is working perfectly. We will return over and over to work with Craig for all our computer needs. Thank you, Craig and Laser Genesis,!
Craig is simply the most accommodating, conscientious, hardworking, high quality, and reasonably-priced, printer and copier, around. Although he usually does high-volume work, and I will be using him for that, he went out of his way, and took time, to make a few copies that I needed. He and Laser Genesis have my unreserved recommendation.
