Bruce has quickly fixed several of my printers. He is truly the printer wizard. I have to travel 30 miles in Houston traffic to get to him but I do it because he is the best! And Brenda is terrific, the nicest lady to work with.
Met the owner Bruce this morning over my HP laser printer having a jam. Bruce found and fixed the issue immediately and didn't even charge me for the fix. Bruce just earned a customer for life and I will buying all toner from him and coming back if future issues come up. 10/10
Great people to do business with. Honest and knowledgeable. My only regret is not finding them until now. An easy "5 star plus" experience.
Brenda gave superb customer service! She truly went out of the way to help! Because of Brenda's service, no matter the length of the drive, I will definitely use them again. Ohh..and the product is working well too!
