Scheduling staff is rude. Had an appointment scheduled for morning and got a text saying it was changed to afternoon without contacting me. When I called asking about it, Anita said “there’s a note on here that it was CLEARLY mailed out to you that it was rescheduled”. No note was mailed to me. Call patients if you need to reschedule them, it’s that simple. However, I love the other location on 98th street. Much friendlier staff.
My post was removed from an employee who oversee’s their social media. I will continue to tell the truth if this horrible employee who all keep! Stays! How awful of you all!
I tried skin pen and was skeptical about it at first. There’s definitely a rough period even after the redness fades. It’s been a month now and my results are actually amazing. Amy did such a great job.
Literally the best place to do botox in Lubbock. I travel from Dallas just to see Jennifer. She is AMAZING. Jennifer goes above and beyond for her patients, is extremely experienced, and never fails to help me achieve my goals. Without a doubt, Jennifer is the best injector I have ever been to in my life. I recommend all of my friends to Jennifer at this location now, and she has gained a lifelong patient. I will NEVER ever go to another place for Botox/dysport again. I have been to other places that have completed messed up my injectables. Chasidy is hands down the best and very very thorough and knows her muscles when it comes to injecting. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you Laser Dynamics!!
