Could pick up the phone at least they send me a text message to ring them and it been a week and still can’t get ahold of them
I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but you’d have better luck contacting Father Christmas than laser credit Union! I’ve saved with these for well over a year now, with a standing order set up every 4 weeks with X amount going into the Christmas saver and the rest keeping in my members shares, multiple times I’ve had issue where laser hasn’t moved the money over to the Christmas saver as requested right from the start! It can be months until I contact them (if I can) and they’ll rectify it by moving money from member... read more
