I have been coming to this clinic since I was 16, I am now 21. I’ve always been handled with kindness and care considering how much of a delicate service laser is. The past few times I’ve been treated so rudely by the staff and overall the lack of compassion has been insane. I had a pretty disappointing experience at the laser clinic. The staff is quite strict about time - if we're 2-3 minutes late, they say it's not possible to accommodate us. However, when we arrived on time, we were always made to wait for 10-15 minutes.

I was quoted around $60 because of Black Friday sales The girl verbally said $156 I thought wow that's a lot more than what the online said and then I checked my account I was charged $196

I’ve been enjoying my visits to Laser Clinics Australia for quite some time, and up until today I had nothing but good things to say about the staff – they’ve always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience today really changed how I feel about the clinic. My daughter had an underarm laser appointment, and we were about 5 minutes late as I had just come from work and needed to pick her up.
