Prepaid for hair removal, managed to get two sessions. Webster office is closed (found out when I showed up). Not even a note on the door. Called, was told they're "looking for a new location" in Webster. Calls to phone number go unanswered. Contacting Jackie by email now, since phone calls aren't returned.

I had my 3rd session scheduled for this morning. No one answered phone calls and door is locked. Based upon other reviews I guess this location is closed. I did not receive any communication about this and wasted my entire morning coming down here to find out they are closed? I prepaid for services.

I was left a message from the office to reschedule because they were moving locations and until now they have not returned a call. I been calling different times of the day and no one answers. It has been over a week and no return calls. If I ever get to reschedule and finish my appointments I will only complete what I already paid for and never go back again. It is so unprofessional of them. I have been calling all of the offices and no answer. I hope it was not a scam company.

I've had 3 treatments now with Bridgette at the Cutten Rd. location. She's wonderful and thorough. The staff was very accommodating with some scheduling conflicts I had and I greatly appreciated it. I highly recommend this location.

The technician was very professional and efficient. Took minimal time to complete the session and after a couple of weeks, I'm certainly seeing the results.
