I was promised a new Bed mattress in 3 years and another in 5 years... Never got it!!! even after contacting them over and over. I won't say the CS was horrible because with my experience it truly wasn't ... However, I would've loved to see this company keep good on it promises. People work hard for a living and when we choose to do business a company we're puuting our trust in you guy's. I'm sad to see they have closed down because my situation will never be addressed ... Large inventory, just nothing we liked. Salesman got pushy at end. He was wearing a t-shirt and athletic shorts and talked to us from his desk. Not super friendly or professional.
I am glad this store is CLOSED. Inside it looks like a pile of overpriced junk at a garage sale. A bunch of lying loan sharks waiting to take your money without ANY remorse for their deception.
I’ve shopped here many times and haven’t had any issues. I’ve worked with 2 different guys and they’ve always been so helpful. I’ve purchased a sectional for my family room, 5 piece heavy duty high top dining set with 2 benches and 2 chairs, a living room sofa and love set for and one for my basement with an extra love seat. Even bought my son 2 different beds from here as he has grown…. This has all been on different occasions and I’ve never had a problem…. Honestly kind of surprised at some of the bad reviews.
I placed an order for an Ashley sectional from LaSalle Furniture located at 28301 Chardon Rd in Willoughby Hills, OH on June 23, 2021. I was given the expected delivery date of October 23, 2021. This was later adjusted to a delivery date of November 17, 2021. I’ve been in contact bi-weekly with either Dan or the receptionist constantly being told to wait another 2 weeks. Ive attempted to contact the store and now find that not only is LaSalle Furniture closed but I still have not received my order. This is the worst customer... read more
