History Established in 2013. LASA brings together Filipino-California flavors. The journey began in the summer of 2013 as a series of intimate backyard dinners among the Valencia brothers and their friends. So nice to taste familiar, traditional Filipino flavors layered under the modern ingredients and textures.

Food was amazing, but I was already expecting that. They brought recessive/genetic tastes buds back to life and at full attention with their interpretation of Filipino Food. What unexpectedly blew me away was the flawless execution from the Front of House: from the hosts, servers, to the music selection. Everything folded together just beautifully. Sometimes you think you're just paying for the food; but last night I realized I paid for so much more. My amazing night at LASA was a singular and organic experience. I can't wait for their next menu to drop. I'll be back.
