Phil is the absolute greatest! He is so kind and helpful!!!
Kelsi is fantastic.. excellent service and follow up on getting mom into the memory care unit. The memory care unit is very clean and organized for the folks living there. Only difficulty is actually getting onto the unit. It’s locked up tight, but to get admitted there’s a locked door with 2 buzzers. Every time I or others try to get buzzed in, it is at least a 5-10 minute wait before someone opens the door. I understand the need to police the exit so folks don’t walk out, but there should be better way.

Can’t say enough great things about Las Villas! The community is beautiful, spacious and very well-maintained. They do a really great job in making sure all the residents are engaged. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a community for their loved one.
Assisted Living communities can provide a wonderful and supportive environment for seniors, and it's great to know that the staff at Las Villas Del Norte does such a wonderful job. I recently met with the Executive Director, Jolene and the Community Relations Team, Kelsi and Jen to learn more about the community. They were able to answer all my questions and offered to provide assessments to Residents at our Skilled Nursing Facility who may need more assistance vs. going home without support.
