If I could I would give zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever received. They have very poor listening skills, told me It would be impossible for me to pay back a loan. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible horrible horrible save your time go to title max
They are so rude. I have no idea how they stay in business. When i called immediately someone barely spoke english said if you don't have a job or clean title your wasting my time. I have both but after that greeting there was no way i was going to do business with them. They are rude judgemental people and they have no business dealing with the public. Worst place ever please do no waste your time in going to this place it is extremely disappointing and the lady there didn't want to provide me with her name she is very rude has no knowledge and I'm a military officer Sad to say this place is a not a good place to do any services at all just by calling you will have a bad day because from the start they treat you bad bad reputation for this place zero star
