I have been wanting to take this class for years!!! I finally got my chance and it didn't disappoint me. I had a great time! The instructor was great. She made everyone feel comfortable and made us laugh. We started with chair dancing. She took us through a routine slowly and then we got to do it to music. Thanks

The classes offered here are very fun! They have 8 poles and have beginner and advanced classes. They also have open studio for those who would just want to practice on their own. The instructors are very nice and during class, they will help you perfect some the moves.
With this amazing pole, I will be advanced and upside down in no time!This really works you out and makes you very strong. I felt it after my first go on it! I'm sooo happy! Thanks
