Can’t express how upset I am. In December I had my fingerprints taken for a tax preparation job. Secretary of State informed me it would take up to 12 weeks to process my fingerprints, so I patiently waited, 12 weeks rolled around and no word, so I reached back out, only to find out they never received my fingerprints from early DECEMBER. So I reached out to the gentleman that works here and he said there was some sort of issue with the third party he works with to transfer the fingerprints….. so I am wondering why he didn’t... read more
if i could give no stars i would… went on a friday when they were supposedly opened. called their number and no answer! waited and came back to the door still locked and no one on the other end of the line.
