Las Casitas is a lovely place for assisted living. The staff are kind and helpful in every way. I was able to place a friend there and am forever grateful to the owner for her assistance in admitting him into Las Casitas.
Making the decision to place a loved one in an assisted living facility is tough, but Las Casitas and the staff made the choice much easier. When I saw the facility, I knew it was the right place for my grandmother. It doesn’t look like a typical assisted living facility, it looks like a home with a beautiful courtyard and dining room where the residents can socialize. I was planning to put my father here and after my siblings seeing the place put a deposit for a room down. After my father saw the place I spoke with the manager and told her we were going to go through with the place and to send me paperwork she said she would send it to me. A few Days went by and she did not contact me or send any paperwork or contract. I called her to discuss what was going on and she told me that they gave the room to another individual even after we put the deposit down. This manager did not communicate... read more
