Choose another company. This one "forgot" to wire our proceeds and it cost us four days to receive our funds. I asked for a refund for some of the $2,200 they charged for their "services" and they ignored my request.
I have been using Las Brisas Escrow for all my real estate transaction and seen nothing but professional and excellent service. I have closed many many escrows in the past and always had an issue, Alisha Moak actually takes care of them and says "oh, by the way don't worry it's done". I will be using them again and again even if I am 200 miles away from them. 110% recommend.
