I would not recommend anyone living here, there are roaches everywhere owner would not exterminate the building and the kind of people she let live there was awful. But at the beginning it was e great place to live, then she started letting others in that did drugs and then it was a bad place. I could go on and on but what would that solve. Whoops just found out that the city of Garland has taken over the apartments, so good luck.
My daughter was jailed after the owner and staff covered up criminal activities,I worked for month,no pay not even rent reduction,took to me to some townhomes left me their for 6 hours,got mad when I left called me and was mad,August 15 went and filed eviction which was dismissed,.
Juliette owns several townhouses on walnut down the street from the retirement center she also owns. The townhouses are infested with rat's that are the size of small cat's.
Private, Peaceful, Pleasant, and Super Chill. My husband and I love it here. It is so quiet and so calm here. Ms. Juliette is a very kind woman.
