My daughter was jailed after the owner and staff covered up criminal activities,I worked for month,no pay not even rent reduction,took to me to some townhomes left me their for 6 hours,got mad when I left called me and was mad,August 15 went and filed eviction which was dismissed,.
Juliette owns several townhouses on walnut down the street from the retirement center she also owns. The townhouses are infested with rat's that are the size of small cat's.
Private, Peaceful, Pleasant, and Super Chill. My husband and I love it here. It is so quiet and so calm here. Ms. Juliette is a very kind woman.
Despicable. The owner, Juliette LaMarche, don't let her nicey nice and promises fool you. Run, as fast you can. You'll be sorry if you don't. Las Brisas is a nightmare. A hell hole. A vortex you do not want to get stuck in, I promise you. If you do, may God be with you because you're gonna need him if you fall for her bait.
