I have tried tirelessly to reach the DA. The Trinidad police department put a warrant out for my arrest without just cause. I called the DA because I’m going to sue the Trinidad police department yet three months go by and no return phone call. I call again. He’s out of the office on Thursdays in Walsenburg. This DA is a gullible idiot
Where is Devon McFarland 🤔 hopefully she has been bared I fought for my kids for 10 years in court. I didn't have any charges on me because there was nothing i did. All my drug tests came back clear because i wasn't using. They told me i had to get a dishwasher washer and dryer, a fenced-in yard. And a boys' room and a girls' room. I did all this and still didn't get my kids back. i loved my children they didn't break our bond as they wanted. But i missed out on so much. Everyone in this building is a disgrace and a waste of oxygen. They prosecute petty crimes but won't pursue charges or make an example of an over powered sherif
This GUY is trying to put my son who is innocent, into jail for a Felony. I told them he did not attack me, but the D.A. won't listen. They are making up their own story. And trying him anyway! ANYWAY.
