I would have given them a zero but it is not listed. wrong doucuments sent for notary signature, had to pay twice, information not being given to next person working on your file, charged the buyer twice for loan and termite tenting, put the names wrong on new deed for property, sent the wrong amount of money to seller, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY
