Would give 0 stars if possible.. Darel Thomsen is superficially nice but unresponsive to emails and calls.. They put my account on autopay and then billed excessively and above our agreed-upon scope of work.... I tried to cancel my autopay but the customer service lady at the billing department said she couldn't do it but would "put in an email to Darel".. Asked her to cancel my service entirely and she gave the exact same answer... So they continue to bill me while I continue to wait for an email from (unresponsive) Darel..... read more
Unreliable and unprofessional Off session, and still 2 months in has not submitted my tax return, poor contact. Claimed to forgot the first time because of vacation, then forgets to email again. I couldn't imagine dealing with them when they are actually busy. All for the lovely price of $800.
Don't do business with them they are not trustworthy
They are professional knowledgeable and seem to care.
