Larson Juhl is slipping with customer service. I requested 2 full sticks of certain moulding. Made sure to write that in the detail order notes. I mistakenly entered wrong amount in feet quantity. Normally someone from the warehouse would call me to clarify on these rare occasions, not this time. Instead their decision is to charge our business $16.28 for a restocking fee. Worst quality
Worst customer service and outrageous prices
The employees at this location are AWESOME. Customer service at its finest. We prefer to use this vendor as much as possible. OAI Art Services has used, and will continue to use, Larson proudly.
Thought their decline in quality, quality control, and training of employees was due to COVID. Unfortunately, the company has gotten WORSE post-pandemic. No one knows what's going on, frames and moulding arrive chipped, glass arrives broken, mats arrive cut wrong, accounts are overcharged and credits not applied, orders that say delivered aren't actually delivered and are somehow untrackable, they won't provide you with a statement of charges to your account, the warehouses don't answer calls from their own customer service ... read more
