I have been with Larson & Gross for over 10 years. Over the past two years there has been an awful decline in the quality of their work. Last year I had them handle an ERTC and the accountant on the project quit on it before it was finished and I had to reach out and hound them to get it done (I had already paid them for it, but it wasn't finished). Update - High marks for the CEO of the company out of Bellingham. She reached out just after all of this happened and we reached an agreement at that time. It is June and the taxes are now being worked on. I really miss our old firm, Homchick Smith & Associates!! This company merged with them the first of 2023.. They have had the information for our company since Feb 9th - and just told us Mar 31st that they are NOT going to take care of our taxes. Corporate taxes are due March 15th.. After several requests, I did at least o... read more

I really miss our old firm, Homchick Smith & Associates!! This company merged with them the first of 2023.. They have had the information for our company since Feb 9th - and just told us Mar 31st that they are NOT going to take care of our taxes. Corporate taxes are due March 15th.. After several requests, I did at least obtain a copy of the corporate extension - seems they filed it on Feb 17th - I don't think they wanted us to know it had been planned to not work on our taxes at all!
