It took over 4 months to receive my tax return back. After the first 2 months I called to check on the status of the tax return to which they hadn't even realized they had. It was another month before they called me to ask what they were doing with the tax return and then one more for it to be finished. Throughout this I was promised 3 phone return phone calls which I never received.
