I had to rent a car due to unforeseen circumstances and it was great. The car was clean and drove nice and did that which cars do best which is get you from point A to B to C and so on. The experience was smooth with no hiccups. Thanks again to the team here!

I tried to reserve a car for a trip a week in advance, I was told they don't do reservations to call back a few days before I need the car. I called two days before I need to leave to be told they don't have anything available to rent now, that insurance claims come first. Thanks for putting my family in a bind.
