I was communicating with I believe an intake specialist on March 23rd. I received emails that my case was being reviewed and was sent documents to have completed by two different doctors on the 25th and then again on the 26th, I was informed that these documents needed completed and returned by the 30th. I received a call from the intake specialist on the 30th and the conversation was terrible, the lady was completely unprofessional and even raised her voice at me at one point!
