Good lawyer and honest.
Douglas is at least a fair and honorable man. I have been his tenant for 8 and 1/2 years and generally speaking he is fair but he has doubled the rent on the property which cost roughly 35,000 for him to purchase or less according to the records on Zillow just before I moved into the unit. So now I've paid for the unit three times over for him and I face eviction this week. Let's just say that karma is a real thing. And everything that you do multiplies manifold. Good and bad.
He will certainly do the work. But his secretary will never call you back. You will have to chase him down and it will take a while. That was my experience. I’m just stating facts. We aren’t even finished. I wish we were and I wish I had hired somebody else because I’m stick to my stomach paying him. I usually tie up loose ends before I go on vacation. But that’s just me.
Doug did a great job handling a real estate transaction for me. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
