The secretary is very disrespectful and rude.
The man has helped me when others refuse to for that he has my respect also didn't charge me a lot and worked with me The man's is overworked and not understood quite well some of the negative reviews because they didn't understand how this process worked. Or we're unreasonable
You may think he “gets the job done” but he’s very arrogant… doesn’t truly want to understand the situation just rather get it over with. There are people with children who are seriously in harms way and it causes him confusion when you go to express your concern.
