Do not waste your time contacting Mr. Ellis. My husband and I initially contacted him early May 2022 and it is now August and he has ghosted us. I followed up pretty much weekly to which Larry advised he would be reviewing our file soon or shortly. By early July we lost hope and reached out to other brokers.
