As previously noted by others, this guy isnt completely honest and open. He has partnered in the past with Richard Craig Tadlock who is now being charged with fraud. For a long time Larry was the registered agent of Craig Tadlocks business, as well as his closing agent/title company
Larry conducted our closing for a new build. We do not recommend him. We were concerned with his potential relationship with the builder that we contracted with - The builder was subsequently arrested and is being investigated for potential fraud.
Our family paid Mr. Larry Johnson of Veterans’ Title, Inc., to provide real estate settlement services for our contract to purchase a new construction home in Springfield, Virginia. After signing our contract with T&S Homebuilders, LLC, in November 2021, we paid Veterans’ Title $10,000 based on closing directions provided by T&S’ representative, Richard “Craig” Tadlock.
