My daughter got into an accident yesterday. This company came and picked up her vehicle and she went today which is June 30 to go get her items out of her car and the company stole $150 out of her vehicle got really rude with me and my daughter, the lady hung up the phone, the manager do not use this company. They are thieves read all their reviews. Their reviews say it for themselves so if you ever get an accident and they come to get your vehicle, tell them you want somebody else cause they’re gonna sell out your vehicle.
Worst customer service ever very rude front desk worker, she was condescending very inconsiderate disrespectful and didn’t want to do her job sad
My dad car was towed by this company and when he went to get his car, the lady had asked my dad she accepts only cash for amounts more than $400. I don’t understand that.
