My vehicle was hit while I was in Charlotte. It was towed to Campbell's. They were nice, considerate, informative and helpful.
Worst experience. RACIST AND APATHETIC. The guy who drove me was ok... but I was trying to get all my things out of the car because I was coming back from the Alpha Chi Honors Convention in Florida and had literal luggage when a girl slammed into the back of me. Oh these guys must've not appreciated an honors level black man because when I came back to get my truck after they opened a few hours later, the other guy threw my keys on the dash of the truck and walked away sucking his teeth.
