If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a rip off. You all charged my wife $180 just to go less than 1 mile. There is now way you all calculated that amount to go less than one mile. I would have hated if she had to go 20 miles. Then I called and today and asked for a manager the lady that answered was nasty. Girlfriend’s car got towed by them after an accident. Went to go pick up the same day since they charge an extra $35 per extra day it’s kept on top of the already $215 base charge. Went to go pick up, waited almost 2 hours to pick up since we needed supervision from one of their own drivers to get our own car. Lady at front desk, couldn’t be more rude and nasty!
