Larry and Alley DOES NOT STAND UP AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT! Purchased an $800 table and the cheap finish started peeling off, message one of the sale reps, with pictures but it’s been several months and nothing! Worse customer service ever. Would not recommend for anything! Beware, don’t buy there. For good deals on appliances, go to Palmers in Rocky Mount, VA. Great service and stands by their customers. I was looking for a refrigerator at a good price. Found it at Larry and Alley with the help of Alex. He sent me pictures and just from that I was SOLD. I told him on Tuesday afternoon that I was interested. By the next day before 2 pm the fridge was in my house. Great service and the delivery people were so friendly and helpful. Set me up and I was good to go. Highly recommend this store to everyone looking for great customer service and a good product. I am a very happy customer.
