HORRIBLE! I just called and it was a loud sound that just screeched at my ears with no one answering. That first impression makes me know this firm is not professional at all.

Michael has been servicing our family for business as well as personal needs for years. He makes sure to put situations in words that you can comprehend, not legal mumbo jumbo. The appointments we had to make over the years were always very accommodating. They took place within a timely manner from when we requested. He has become a friend.
