Erica Smith of Larkin Realty is a nightmare to work with. She accepted the ludicrous accusations of my sketchy neighbors without question or evidence, while ignoring my requests for assistance in dealing with their increasing hostility and the husband’s stalker-like activity. I eventually had to involve the Burlington police and consult with an attorney, simply because Erica refused to do her job with even a modicum of proficiency.
